PLEASE HELP!! I get these awful boil looking things...?

My mom gets tghem, my grandma gets them, and now I get them. I don't know what causes them. They are these boil looking things, on my thighs, somtimes my inner INNER thigh, on my . But never anywhere else. Usually I just wait for them to go away, but I have this HUGE one, and I can't even walk from it. It's got me walking around like a sumo wrestler. Now, I would just suck it up, but my 4 month old daughter gets to finally come home from the Hospital. She has been there since she was born. I have to go and get her today, but yet, I CAN'T EVEN WALK!!!! My mom told me hot water. I just got out of the shower, and scolded myself. I tried popping it, but it hurts to effin bad! @$#%! I need to get rid of it within the next 2 hours, but not by popping it. Does anyone know a way?!?!?! PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
