Should i ask her out?

i known her for almost 7-9 weeks, so theres this girl in my 3rd period cl, and i would see the signs when a girl likes me. this girl will play with her hair when talking to me and she would touch my arm alot like poke me or punch me but not hard just lightly and i cant tell if she blushes when talking to me cuz she wears make up but not alot she just wears blush and i cant tell cause of that, in history cl we are doing a french revolution as our subject with the whole cl and me and her are king and queen as our cl roles, i can tell when they igned these roles she got super red, one day in p.e she wrote in my notebook "king & queen" with hearts and smiley faces,, and she used to be more playful with me but now its like not as much now, so i cant tell if she likes me or not, i wanna get to know her more and ask her out but i just feel awkward cause she might not like me that way but i cant be so sure about that, i just have all these things racing in my head like "does she like, i dont think she does, mabey she does" and blah blah blah, when shes around me and i talk to her she gets nervous and when she talks to me she talks real fast and mumbles, i dont want her to lose intrest in me but i cant help myself cause i got nothing to say to her as much, i get nervous too so it goes both ways, i dont get that nervous cause i start the conversations but its still confusing cause with others shes a blabber mouth and with me shes a shy quiet person, and she wasnt like that, i asked her whats wrong one day and why was she so quiet but she says nothing wrong and that she doesnt know but i think she does,, so what do you think is going on in her head cause im like confused as hell
