I need some chicken ideas!!!?

If you have some soup on hand you can do what I do--grease a baking dish, spread a cup of raw rice over it, place the chicken on top. I mix a can of golden mushroom soup, cream of mushroom, french onion, or beef boullion with a can of water and pour over the whole thing, dot with er or margarine, cover with foil and bake it at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Or you can mix a couple of eggs in a bowl, dip the chicken in it and coat it with bread crumbs mixed with garlic salt and bake it for the same amount of time. This works well with crushed french onions or crushed pork rinds too.
