Who sold Osama Bin Laden the LSD?

Moammar Khaddafi (I hope I am spelling his name wrong!) has claimed that the United States sold LSD to Osama Bin Laden to put in the coffee of the protestors now fighting against him. I didn't know the U.S. government and Osama were on such good terms now. I also had no idea Timothy Leary wasn't dead - maybe Khaddafi has been smoking his ashes. Do you think Moammar will opt this out to Hollywood as a script? Bets taken on how many days he has left before they kill his sorry ! Sometimes the weirdest stuff in the world has nothing to do with fiction. Just wondering what others are thinking about this - humorous comments welcome!!!
