Help with JAL page on ticketing information? (link incl.)?

Almost all destinations are 'e-ticket capable', meaning you will never receive a paper ticket. Instead, you will receive 「eチケットお客様控」 in e-mail within two days, which you can print out and bring to the airport. Only if you make a request (by calling toll-free 0120-25-5931), JAL will mail you the 「eチケットお客様控」 in paper.
