Am I fat for my age???Please help!?

Ok I'm 13 and I am 5ft 8 in and I weigh 121 pounds...I was wandering if this is a little over weight? What can I do if it is please answer asap I need ya'lls opinion...Answer honestly but not mean please... thanks♥
