DID THIS JUST HAPPEN TO YOU TOO???

Please help me my computer I ws on google and on youtube and was watching a vid on jeffgordon when i heard sounds from my speakers that are nhooked up to my computer and it started out as a blood curdling scream and short song about death and so guys voice talking about death.....what the hell is this i closed every internet page and disabled the internet and it was still dooing it.....i looked on windows media player and nothing was playing and there anrny any movies in my disc drive either....please help me...what is this> do i have a worm or somthing?
