Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 custom cl question?

Okay, so I am having trouble deciding what third perk to use for my last custom cl. I am using a FAL for a primary weapon, a .44 Magnum for my secondary gun, Sentax, and smoke. For perks I am using Scavenger, Stopping Power Pro, and and I can't decide the third one. I have narrowed it down to Commando, or Increased Hip-Fire Accuracy. Help!
