What books should I read now?

I am a 23 yr old female and I need something else to read. I just recently got into sci-fi/fantasy but I like all kinds of books. I however don't really read autobiographies much because I love the idea of fiction. My favorite author at the moment is Richelle Mead. (Love her Succubus series and shamed to admit it, the Vampire Academy series as well) I also love Jodi Picoult and Neil Gaiman. I would love some suggestions about other books and/or series to read!
