Can someone help me with my resume?

I am applying for an istant manager position, in the objective position I have this; *I’m seeking a position as an istant manager; I will always be there to answer questions that the customers might have and if I cannot help them with their issues, I will get someone above me to see what we can do for them. My strengths consist of being very work dependable, and punctual. I plan on using my strengths and experiences to the full extent.* can you guys give me an idea on what to improve in that section thanks.
