Why is one rewarded for dishonesty in UK?

When I tried to protect my family and property from gangs who harred us and stole and damaged my property I was threatened by police with arrest, while they could continue harring people and I had to leave the country because I was powerless to stop them and didnt want to end up in prison! Also, when I am ill and my doctor books you off sick for depression, allergic reactions, drug/alcoholism recovery and psychological problems, but I failed the Medical Exam even though I am very ill, but people who know how to play the system are getting benefits AND working/stealing/drinking/drugging even though theres nothing wrong with them(unless dishonesty and laziness is considered an illness). Why am I ashamed to be English?
