I was served a 3 day notice after I already gave my 30 day notice. I am being hared!!?

I have been living with a horrible roommate who has been illegally subletting to me and doing spiteful things to me (I am 8 months pregnant). I found a new place and gave notice almost 45 days in advance that I would be moving. My roommate agreed and then when rent was due the beginning of July, I paid the utilities and told her since the apartment was spotless and I had only lived here 3 months that I wanted to put the $500 deposit toward the rent, which is legal in California. She flipped out and started harring me and put a 3 day notice on my bedroom door. She says if I am not gone by Thursday the police are coming to remove me. Isn't this totally illegal? Besides being petty and spiteful, I thought in order to have someone removed you had to have a 30 day eviction served...and I will be gone in less than two weeks. What do I do? This is umbearable but my new place isn't ready until the 26th!!
