Can you still become a Foster Parent with a previous ACS case?

Well someone called acs (children services) on me 3 different times.Reporting that i smoke weed.They tested me and i was positive,i went in a program.They nevered removed my child,none of the times.I am finally clean and all my acs cases are closed.Can i get foster kids or will they use previous cases against me,even if my child was nevered removed from my care? And can i have a foster child in the same home with my son sharing rooms?
