Are voters in San Francisco senile?

I mean, they re-elect Nacy "I was not briefed; I was just informed. We have to p the bill so we can find out what is in it." Pelosi in 2010 by an even larger margin than in 2008. I believe their either senile or just bitterly partisan who would vote for Bush if he converted to the Dems.
